Kimberley
Kimberly is still keen to be a teacher and would like to get an enter score of 60-70. We worked on her time table and she set a goal of 10 hours per week of homework. She works about 14 hours per week, so week nights are pretty full. Kimberly is going to talk to her math methods teacher about dropping down to general.
Tegan
Tegan is still keen to be a teacher and wants to go to Latrobe in Bendigo. We looked into her enter score requirements which were 62. Tegan isn’t doing much homework and struggling with methods, we developed a timetable for her and to help she will do her homework in half hours blocks. Her goal for this week is to do 3-4 half hours blocks per night… let me know how it is going Tegan…

Like Charlie Brown said to snoopy “Life is like a ten-speed bicycle, most of us have gears that we never use!”, remember to use those gears Lachlan!….
June 2008: Lachlan, after discussion with Mari Hanns, Art Teacher, is now considering Art Teaching as a career.
July 2008: Lachlan is now looking into the Police Force as an option.
Sarah Reed
Sarah is interested in Maths, Primary School Teaching and becoming a Marine Scientist. Sarah will speak to her parents about doing work experience at the local Numurkah Primary School, in the senior classes, and she will also explore the cold calling site http://ezine.youthcentral.vic.gov.au/toolkit/Cold%20Calling/player.html and see if she can build up the courage to approach the primary school for work experience. It’s a cool site, and I’m sure she will gather alot of information from it. Sarah is to see me again next Friday 9th May.
