Oct 09: Maddi is keen on Child care or hairdressing as a career.

Oct 09: Monique is keen on office administration, journalism, hair, beauty, fashion or interior design.  She is considering going to University.

April 2009: Kirby is keen on a career in hair or beauty.

April 2009: Chelsea is interested in a career in Beauty.

Sem 1 2008 – Sara is interested in kindergarten teaching, childcare and the beauty industry.

Sept 2008: Sara is keen on doing work experience at the local pre-school.  She can organise this by approaching the Community Learning Centre.

Sem 1 2008 – Sharna is interested in doing something in Beauty or Hairdressing.

Aug 2008: Sharna is interested in VCAL with the first option of VET Beauty / Welfare / Tech.

Sept 2008: Sharna is interested in doing work experience in either the childcare or beauty industry.

Sem 1 2008 – Rachel is interested in an apprenticeship in hairdressing or beauty. 

Aug 2008: Rachel is still interested in Hair?? VET Beauty?  And would be interested in the Defence Force when she leaves school…

Sem 1 2008 – Keisha is thinking doing Nursing or Psychology at Melbourne Uni or LaTrobe.  She would like to earn some money by doing Hospitality/Bar/Pub work.

July 2008: Keisha is interested in VET beauty, hairdressing or hospitality.  She is also thinking about business management.

Aug 2008: Keisha will attempt VCE and see how she goes, and will drop back to VCAL if necessary.  Will choose Beauty as the first option and Youth Welfare as the second.

Sept 2008: Keisha’s areas of interest are broad, and she wouldn’t mind doing something in the building trade, or farm / outdoors.  Diving is an interest to her particularly recreational / instructing at resorts etc.  She thinks she will end up going down the hospitality line, although she enjoys working with animals also.  She is going to consider doing work experience in Hospitality or Farming. 

Sem 1 2008:  Danielle is keen on Beauty Therapy as her first options, but is considering Hairdressing or something in the Health field e.g. Massage Therapy as plan B or C… Danielle has a good part time job and has done work experience at a hairdressers. She is going ok with her VCE results so far and is happy with her study habits.

Nicole wants to be a Beauty Therapist, but is not really enjoying school, she like Maths and Food Tech and she is doing the VET Beauty course.
