Hey Mrs. Scadden,
Sorry i didn’t blog last night. i got home a bit late and went to bed. Today I started at 10am, my first job was to vege prep, which meant peeling carrots and cutting them into juilienne strips. I had to then blanche them. After doing that I then started washing some of the dishers that were piled up at the sink. Then it hit 12 noon, lunch started. It was quited for a Wednesday but wasn’t to bad. i took my first order today so I’m pretty happy about that. I also did a lunch delivery to Dene down at the GMCU and that was pretty good to. I then wash the dishes and cleaned up. 2 o’clock came and that was my lunch break.
During my lunch break i went to the Common Thread where i met mum. I went to the Bakery where i saw you and got lunch. had lunch. I went for a walk over to where Tarleah is doing work experience and was talking to her fir a bit.
Went back to work at 4pm. i wiped and cleaned tables and set then ready for tonight. It got to 6pm and one couple came in (well an older couple). 630pm their tea went out. I went and got some spuds and peeled about 15-20 of them put then into an old icecream tub with water and into the coolroom. I was finshed at 7 tonight which was GREAT!!! I was really tired.
